Visiting Regulations of TIPSPORT ArenaThe purpose of the Visiting Regulations is in particular ensuring safety, protecting health and property of the Visitors and the Operator and protecting the sports equipment and property of the Arena. By entering the building Za Elektrárnou 419, Praha 7 and the adjoining parking areas (hereinafter referred to as “Arena”), which are under a lease of and operated by the company HC Sparta Praha, a.s., Company reg. no. 61860875 (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”), with a valid entrance ticket or another relevant document entitling the Visitor to enter the Arena, the entering person – i.e. a spectator, a pressman, a member of the Coaching Staff, a referee or other individual – (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”) agrees with the Visiting Regulations and undertakes to observe them. The Organizer refers to an individual assisting the Operator during the event in accordance with its purposes and established rules. The Organizer could also refer to a member of the security service according to the agreement with the Operator, the Organizer shall be noticeably tagged with the sign “Organizer” or “Security” (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
1. The Visitor is particularly obliged to:
a) follow the instructions of the Operator, the Organizer, the members of the security service, the members of Police ČR and the members of fire-fighting rescue bodies,
b) follow the instructions of the security signage and other warnings inside the premises of the Arena,
c) at the request of the Organizer prove his/her identity by a valid entrance ticket or another relevant document entitling the Visitor to enter the event,
d) watch the event exactly from the concrete seat defined (if so) on the ticket,
e) pass through the personal security check,
f) immediately inform the Operator or the Organizer in case that the Visitor notices a defect on the premises or facilities of the Arena that are endangering health or life of the Visitors,
g) wear clean clothes.
2. The Visitor is particularly prohibited from:
a) using violence against the group of Visitors or the individual or threaten them with bodily harm or with death,
b) acting vulgarly or offensively towards any other person,
c) using or offering narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances to other Visitors,
d) intentionally or by negligence spreading or increasing a danger of introduction or dispersion of an infectious disease,
e) intentionally or by negligence causing or increasing a general danger or making its prevention or mitigation more difficult,
f) instigating to hatred and defaming nations, languages, ethnic groups or races and political persuasions,
g) spreading an alarming message,
h) promoting a political party or an association or other political and non-political movements (excepting the Fan club of Sparta),
i) entering the premises reserved for sportsmen, Couching Staff, referees and delegates, with the exception of individuals who are permitted to enter these premises,
j) consuming food and beverages not purchased in the Arena,
k) throwing any items onto the ice rink, stage or the seating areas,
l) smoking and manipulating with the open fire inside the Arena outside the designated areas which are clearly marked and which are in majority of cases outside the Arena (No smoking order also applies for the electronic cigarettes),
m) detonating or manipulating with the pyrotechnic items such as fireworks, petards, smoke bombs etc.,
n) selling, distributing or offering anything (it is possible only with the written permission of the Operator that could be provided at any moment),
o) intentionally obstructing other Visitor’s view of the ice rink or the stage.
3. The Visitor is prohibited from carrying into the Arena especially:
a) any alcohol, drugs, narcotics, psychotropic and toxic substances,
b) umbrellas (with the exception of folding umbrellas in case of rain),
c) binoculars or similar devices, professional and semi-professional cameras, laptops, any professional recording devices - audio as well as video ones,
d) food and beverages (with the exception of those necessary due to health reasons),
e) bottles, permanent pressure vessels, containers of any type (glass or PET bottles, cans, jars etc.),
f) political and advertising materials,
g) glass or glass items,
h) oversized luggage, suitcases, backpacks, shopping bags, umbrellas (the maximum size of these items is 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm),
i) weapons (thrusting, cutting, firing, etc.), scissors, lasers,
j) explosive substances (primary explosives, secondary explosives and explosive flammable substances), flammable substances,
k) pyrotechnical items such as fireworks, petards, smoke bombs etc.,
l) lacquers, spray deodorants, perfumes - more than 100 ml. In case the contents is less than 100ml, the Visitor is, at the request of the Operator or the Organizer, obliged to test those on himself/herself during the security check,
m) baby carriages (including the folding ones), bicycles, scooters (and other means of transport or sports equipment),
n) other dangerous items that could cause injury or property damage,
o) animals (with the exception of guide dogs, assistance dogs and service dogs in case they were given a permission from the Organizer), p) racist, vulgar and derogatory banners, leaflets and other promotional materials and banners with the content inconsistent with good manners, as well as banners, leaflets and other promoting materials that are not related to the given event in the Arena (and which do not serve to support one of the teams), q) all flags, banners, leaflets and other promoting materials have to be presented at least 1 hour before the beginning of the event to the authorized person at the entrance gate no. 31.
The Operator or the Organizer reserves the right of taking the final decision regarding the level of dangerousness and the appropriateness of particular items that are being carried into the Arena.
4. The Visitor is aware that:
a) participating in a fight or attacking the Organizer or other Visitor, racially motivated chanting, disguising own identity, throwing any items onto the ice rink or onto other areas in the Arena and other behaviour incompatible with the laws, regulations or with the principles of good manners are a reason to be immediately banished from the Arena, without having the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee. In such a case the Operator is also entitled to demand the full compensation for all the damages caused, including the lost profits (as a result of a fine, match rescheduling etc.),
b) compensation for all damages caused by the Visitor shall be demanded in accordance with the Czech laws in force,
c) the Operator and the Organizer of the event do not assume any responsibility for the loss or theft of personal things caused by other person,
d) in case that any person is injured, anyone who notices this fact is obliged to notify the Organizer or the Operator. The Operator does not bear the responsibility for damages caused to the property of Visitors or injuries, if those are caused by irresponsible behaviour of other present person,
e) a building inspection for sports events of the Arena, including the seating area, was properly performed. The Visitor does accept that he/she participates in the sports events in the Arena at his/her own risk. Any claims for the Visitor’s injury caused by the items coming from the ice rink are excluded (with the exception of the intentional attack to the Visitor),
f) by entering the Arena the Visitor explicitly agrees with the fact that the pictures, films or videos recording him/her during his/her presence in the Arena by the Operator by means of any technological method can be used at the Operator’s discretion and without the right to any compensation and without the time or spatial limitation. The Visitor agrees that these pictures, films or video recordings can be broadcasted also internally in the Arena, without any right to compensation,
g) taking photographs and making videos for commercial purposes is prohibited in the Arena with the exception of the individuals who are permitted by the Operator. The internal projection inside the Arena has only an accompanying character and does not constitute a part of the sport event. The Operator reserves the right not to realize or to interrupt the internal projection and the Operator also makes decisions about the contents,
h) all the premises of the Arena, as well as the adjoining areas, are being monitored by the industrial security cameras,
i) in case of evacuation the Visitor is obliged to observe the Evacuation Regulations and follow the instructions of the Operator, the Organizer or authorized persons,
j) all Visitors are obliged to hand in items found in the Arena to the Operator or the Organizer,
k) the Visitor is obliged to respect the state symbols (particularly during the performance of the national anthem), the symbols of the club, the symbols of the league and the participants of the match.
5. The Operator and the Organizer are in particular entitled to:
a) banish the Visitor from the Arena in case of not following the instructions of the Operator and/or the Organizer, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
b) banish the Visitor from the Arena in case of vulgar or inappropriate behaviour, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
c) banish the Visitor from the Arena who is wearing apparently unclean clothes, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
d) banish the Visitor from the Arena who is not able to prove his/her identity by a valid entrance ticket or other relevant document, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
e) conduct personal security checks when entering the Arena,
f) under justified circumstances conduct personal security checks also inside the Arena,
g) deny the entry to the Arena to those Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances,
h) guide out from the Arena those Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
i) guide out from the Arena those Visitors who has breached the articles 1, 2 or 3 of the Visiting Regulations, without the right of getting a refund for the entrance fee,
j) deny the entry to the Arena to those Visitors who are reasonably suspected of acting in a manner mentioned in point 5 a) of the Visiting Regulations, or who are suspected of another disturbances or another similarly disorderly conduct against the Visitors, the public order, or another behaviour breaching the laws, regulations or the principles of good manners.
6. The Operator reserves the right to:
Asses the individual cases and requirements and grant particular Visitors a one-time exception from the Visiting Regulations. Further, taking into consideration the character of the event and the safety of the Visitors in the Arena, the Organizer is entitled to change, modify or amend these Visiting Regulations at any time.
7. Final provisions:
a) the owners of the cards with extraordinary privileges (TP, ZTP, ZTP/P) and the Visitors with banners and flags shall use the barrier-free entrance gate no. 31 to enter the Tipsport arena,
b) In case that an event is organized by another Organizer in the Arena (hereinafter referred to as “Another Organizer”), the regulations of the Another Organizer take precedence over these Visiting Regulations. The regulations of the Another Organizer are available on his website,
c) The version of the Visiting Regulations that is published on the official website of the Arena’s Operator is always the one effective.
